The Aquarium

Last Saturday, we had fun taking Aunt Debbie on an excursion. We headed to Dallas to visit the Dallas World Aquarium for the afternoon!

Dallas always overwhelms me. Call me crazy, but scenes like this make me miss cows. :-P

The aquarium includes a lot more than aquatic creatures. It’s almost like a whole indoor zoo!

Josiah had fun feeding some blueberries to the tropical birds.

This sloth was the center of attention, because he was alert and looking at everyone.

The colorful anemones are some of my favorite things to look at . . .

. . . as well as all the tropical fish.

After our afternoon at the aquarium, we took Aunt Debbie to Pappasitos (it’s almost a sin in our family to go to Dallas without stopping there. J) We enjoyed a delicious meal! It was a great ending to a fun day!
