One of our favorite holiday treats is
artichoke dip. Mom usually makes it for Christmas and New Year’s or sometimes
other special occasions. I’m surprised I haven’t put the recipe on the blog
before because it’s one of our family favorites! This dip is great as an
appetizer served with crackers, crusty bread, or chips.
Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese (we use fresh)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all. Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.
