We were “fooled” a lot over April Fool’s Day weekend! First off, we “celebrated” on Saturday and not Sunday. Second, it looked more like Thanksgiving than a spring-time celebration. We had a turkey in our freezer that was given to us, and we decided that now was as good a time as any to eat it! It was quite beautiful to look at, and very delicious to eat! J
