Korean Gifts

As a businessman, Daddy travels to foreign countries to conduct business on occasion. This past month, he spent some time in Korea. We missed him a lot and were very glad to have him home again!

When he travels for long periods of times, he likes to bring home a few gifts for us as a bit of a souvenir from whatever country he visited.

The gifts Daddy brought back from Korea.
He brought us girls each a jewelry box! They are very beautiful and we’ve enjoyed having a pretty box to store our jewelry in!

Ben received a book on Korean history and Josiah received a few race cars. They both put them to good use right away!

One town Daddy visited (Boryeong-Si) is known for its mud beauty treatments. He brought home a box of mud products for Mommy! It had shampoo, conditioner, a mud pack, cleansing cream, body cleanser, and 2 bars of soap. All of us “ladies” have enjoyed trying them out and they work quite well!

It’s a lot of fun to hear Daddy’s stories from his visits to other countries and to have some souvenirs. But even greater than the gifts he brings, we enjoy when Daddy is home!

He has a Mary Poppins suitcase, Amy! At times it seems to have no bottom in it! :-)
