Texas Pictures: March

I’m sorry that these pictures aren’t great, but I knew that by the time I ran upstairs to grab my “real” camera, the moment would have passed. This past Sunday, as we drove to church and after we came home, we noticed several flocks of robins in the neighboring fields. There must have been hundreds of them flying around our area that day! It’s strange to see so many of them; we were used to only seeing one or two at a time in Michigan, and usually not in March. They must have been in the process of migrating. It was so cool to see!

We've noticed the budding of flowers in our bushes last week. We've had a beautiful week of sunshine and rising temperatures!

It has been a beautiful week all over Texas, Miss Stacy! We too are noticing a lot of our neighbor's trees and bushes blooming. Unfortunately we don't have any landscaping of our own, but I'm hoping that by next spring we'll have lots of beautiful blooms around our property!
