Favorite Websites

Since the internet has become so widely used, I’m guessing that most of you have a favorite website you enjoy visiting. Though we try not to spend a lot of time on the internet, we still have favorite websites that we’d like to share with you. Maybe they’ll become some of your favorites!

Mark— I enjoy a car blog called Autoblog.  Since I also really love flying, I am always watching the weather.  The Aviation Weather Center provides excellent weather in format for pilots.  I also enjoy reading news on several sites.  And I also enjoy a wide variety of Christian websites.

Betsy—I don’t visit many websites, due to lack of time. But one that I do frequent is Amazon.com. I have a wish list a mile long there. J And the prices are great. Another site I love is Visionforum.com. I can always trust that their resources have been carefully screened for appropriateness, and that I won’t be unpleasantly surprised by something objectionable in their movies or books. They also have wonderful toys that we’ve enjoyed over many years now. Next to these, I enjoy visiting quite a few blog sites. Some of my favorites are visionarydaughters.com and Pastor Jay’s blog. Both of these are very spiritually inspiring to me, and to my family.

Bianca—Probably one of my favorite websites is Visionforum.com. They sell a wealth of educational resources covering everything from creation science, to history, the family, the church, gardening, living frugally, Biblical manhood, Biblical Womanhood, and more! I also enjoy reading Mr. Phillips blog which is part of the Vision Forum Website.

According to our computer, the number 1 read blog in our family is our good friend Amy’s blog. She posts a lot on photography, which I especially enjoy. Another blog I read is Pastor Jay’s blog. He has been a family friend for years, and we love reading his in-depth postings.

To find cooking, photography, and gardening inspiration, I enjoy perusing Thy Hand Hath Provided, and The Pioneer Woman. But my favorite recipe website is Allrecipes.com because of the selective searches you can do by ingredient.

Ben—I enjoy reading our family blog J, Pastor Jay’s blog, and the American Center for Law and Justice website.

Rubia—I’m not on the computer very often, so I don’t have any favorites! The only blog I read is our family blog.

Roma—I like our family blog! I also like our friend Amy’s blog because she shares lots of pictures. Other than that, I’m not on the computer very often.

Josiah—I don’t read blogs yet, but I like looking at pictures on our family blog.
